My website is www.cherrycycles.com

After 10 years in the bicycle industry, I am now the solo owner of a Cherry Cycles in Minneapolis, and am ready to return to a focus around art and social change.  While the shop promotes affordable and personalized service and bike sales, the affiliated cycling club works to promote diversity, kindness, and autonomy in cycling through free pop-up shops, bike training sessions, and community event support as well as bringing the mission to the exceptionally homogeneous racing scene.  After a two year apprenticeship with a bike builder, I am now setting up a frame shop at Cherry aiming for small production runs and eventually a program to educate people of color and especially women and trans folk. The affiliated   Cherry Cycles will be seeking a muralist, will house exhibition space, and be hosting a Bike Artist in Residence program for those who are working to promote accessibility and inclusion especially regarding cycling.
