Open Space Technology (OST) is an approach to purpose-driven leadership, including a way for designing meetings, conferences corporate-style retreats, symposiums and community summit events, focused on a specific and important purpose or task — but beginning without any formal agenda, beyond the overall purpose or theme.
The Death of Feminism: Revelations of the Third Wave discussion will use a modified OST design. In the large group, we will discuss multiple worldviews and “truth” and identify topics of interest for small group break-out discussions. Finally, we will re-convene and report our discovered emerging trends.
